The acquisition will bring DataBank's total assets under management to $1.5 billion and expand its data center footprint in the Asia-Pacific region to 90,000 square meters. The acquisition includes five data centers in Melbourne and Sydney, Australia and one in Auckland, New Zealand. These data centers currently have 25,000 square meters of data center space and are expected to continue to expand.
